It is our challenge to re-create, within economical reason,
specialist single parts or limited number production runs.
We will normally begin by carefully examining, when
available, an old part. When we understand that thoroughly we will start the process to re-create a perfect working worry free replacement part.
To accomplish that we start with taking exact dimensions
of an original part that the one we build will have to replace.
This part would be digitally scanned and measured. Genuinepart has its own in house state of the art digital 3D scanners, with which we accomplish this.
This data is then imported in to our cad/cam environment
to make a detailed digital 3D model.
This if necessary will be corrected for possible wear and
tear before re- creating the part or the parts it itself is
composed of can commence.
